Castello di Oliveto is located in Castelfiorentino of Valdelsa Valley, between Florence and Siena and near some of Tuscany’s most beloved destinations, including Pisa, Volterra, and San Gimignano.

Its castle was built  in 1424 by the noble Pucci family of Florence with the antique wine cellar of the finest Tuscan traditions.

The Castello di Oliveto's Estate covers 1,200 hectares of natural landscape. Only the most sun-exposed areas are used for vineyards, letting the sun of the Florentine hills age the grapes of traditional Tuscan varieties, including: Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia.

Grapes are harvested strictly by hand. The entire production process takes place within the winery, from fermentation to bottling. The high quality of the wines makes them to be singled out in the best Italian wine guides.
